This morning I woke up (Jan 1st) to an email stating that he is "very sorry" and it's "his fault," because he "wasn't paying attention and hasn't been into his office for over a week," but we have now gone through the 10 day inspection period and I can no longer back out without losing my earnest money.

This was a red flag that we all should have paid attention to.After closing on the property it was just one delay.

You want to aim to write blog posts that are so informative/beneficial that the reader will want to share it with someone else they know who they think it could benefit.

I've been a frequent reader of BP for the past 6 months and finally joined the community last night.

Many hedge funds also started to follow, so did many individual equity investors.Equity investors pay a lot attention to what policy makers are saying.

Please don't pay any attention to the bubble prices, they are completely meaningless.
