Maybe one of you can help....I run a property management company.I have a new prospect that wants to go through with a contract.

It’s obviously leaning heavily and one already fell and damaged property.

My mother is in the beginning process of purchasing a home in the Bronx, NY as an investment property.

If you are looking for an investment it is very helpful to know from the numbers perspective of what you are looking for, strategy, what type of areas you are looking in, condition of the property/how much work you are comfortable with, etc.

When we purchase a property, we have CA fees (title search, owners title insurance, lender's title insurance, attorney fees, etc.) and when we close/sell a property we again have CA fees. 

Originally I was just going to flip this property,  now I really want to keep it as a rental. 

The second property can also be a multi family property up to 4 units.
