What can I do on a daily basis to ensure that I'm progressing?

I've got 18 house-flips in progress at the moment here in Oahu, which shows that there are plenty of deals to be had here.

OK, I'm starting this post as a way to hold myself accountable and track my progress  (or lack there of) in my investing process this year.At this point I have been thinking about, and "planning to do," real estate investing for about 4 -6  years.
