It's been a busy week.

Could someone share where I should start. if you think about it, it's different product right,tax liens are basically investing at distressed property/people while mortgage note is basically investing at flips and also rehab property.

I also sold the business because I have loved building a business but want to apply what I have learned to something else.

I feel like the harder any company markets themselves the crappier their product or service is, especially annoying methods like spamming inboxes and vm boxes.

For context, I have a business degree in marketing (not good I know) and work for the biggest single family rental company in the US doing entry level customer service.

Usually, the rental income is considered effectively connected with a U.S. trade or business, and therefore, it is taxed under the effective regime.

Or maybe your family business is property management ?
