I can't fully predict the future, but I can say with some degree of confidence that the market will most likely be like such & such for the next 1-2 years.  

assisted living exemplifies the shift from "care as service" to "care as business" in the broader health care arena predicted more than three decades ago. 

Trying to predict prices is a fools game. 

One of many stupid predictions by the man who if not for his generosity would still be the wealthiest person.

@Gordon Forbes you can always pool your cash and purchase investments at wholesale or greatly discounted rates if the often predicted correction does come and people panic and sell their positions (stock or Real Estate).

I have recently acquired a Mobile home lot with utility hookups, for sale in Winter Haven FL, .24 acres (151 Palmetto Dr, Winter Haven 33880)Zillow predicts 33880 home values will rise 16.1% next year, compared to a 10.3% increase for Winter Haven as a whole. the Zestimate for rent is $750/month.Should I try to sell the lot to a nearby resident and try to get out of the deal breaking even?

I am no way predicting a replay of those events but it did happen.. and for those to think that rentals are immune well they just don't know what they don't know.. in some markets sure but in many NOPE>

Predicting what will happen in the future is hard; so many factors can impact the market - inflation, interest rates, economic performance, geopolitical events, unexpected events, etc.
