Winterhaven FL, To Sell, or NOT to sell?

I have recently acquired a Mobile home lot with utility hookups, for sale in Winter Haven FL, .24 acres (151 Palmetto Dr, Winter Haven 33880)

Zillow predicts 33880 home values will rise 16.1% next year, compared to a 10.3% increase for Winter Haven as a whole. the Zestimate for rent is $750/month.

Should I try to sell the lot to a nearby resident and try to get out of the deal breaking even? Should I try to Rent the Lot itself? Or,  Should I put a manufactured home on it myself (after all, it is a good size lot) and make it into a long distance rental?

Any advice would be thoroughly appreciated!!!!
