I had a company in there but made everyone remote during covid and don't ever plan to go centralized again.Anyone having any success leasing office space in the covid era? 

If they borrowed, then there is a deed of trust (or mortgage in mortgage states) recorded with the county recorder's office which will show the deed of trust, lender and amount of funds borrowed.So to add to all of this, you must first FORM a relationship with these buyers and that takes time, it does not happen over night.

Now that people are going back to the office, I am coming to the city for three days a week.

This spilled over into COVID in the spring of 2020 and with closed offices and such I just let it go. 

I've called the MJ office with little success. 

We have helped dentists, Air Force Officers, & Insurance salesman ect…Tucson is a great please to invest in rentals you just need the right partners that know what they are doing.

She has her office near Citrus Park with seven employees and does it all on her own, without a truck.

We are currently licensed in CA, but are opening offices in NV, OR, ID, TX, and FL.Things are falling into place and I'm ready for this next chapter in our lives.

But, if you really want to learn and experience real estate INVESTING as an employee, you would need to find a job with a company, such as a REIT, real estate syndicator, real estate division of a endowment or private office, etc.

More of a buck shot approach.Find a reputable, experienced (loans and investing) loan officer that does hard money.
