Pittsburgh Water Shutt Off List

Hello Pittsburgh Investors!  Has anyone obtained a water shut off list from PWSA?  If so, would you mind providing some guidance.  I'm being told that such a list does not exist and therefore cannot be provided.

@Barbara Sheppard - this would not surprise me. I had a tenant in 2019 decide not to pay their water bill... since 2016. PGH20 did not shut off their water. Ever. However they did send me a nice notice if I didn't pay the $1,800+ within 10-days they would put a lien on my house.
