I just want to know has anyone had any good or bad experiences with this company ?

I've used Guesty before and it was not a great experience.

Not sure why more investors don't do it since many of them have little or no experience in construction. 

It may give some in the "community" some experience, but it sure goes wrong for the people they practice on.Now, let's see, they said to approach the client/victim at a high angle . . .

I dont have any personal experience but have always been interested in the better group zip codes.

Replicating my experience with “sewer gas” could be a stretch BUT 10 years ago in my apartment building there was a mentally ill person who alway smelled sewer gas when no one else could smell it.

Any Referrals or Recommendations on Investment Friendly Title Companies, who have experience with Wholesaling.

If anyone has purchased this program I'd love to know your experience.
