You can't collect damage deposits, or pet deposits for renters that have pets.

Most of us lie to ourselves...and many people lie to themselves every day, all day long (about finances, fitness, food, friendships, family, faith).

Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.
