I have a showing I have been trying to see for 2+ weeks now and the agent is just not responding to calls/texts/emailsResponsiveness - I check the MLS daily and try to contact clients first, but about half the time they reach out to me. 

Then take that defined goal and divide it up into consumable chunks and develop daily drills & tactics that will help accomplish those consumable chunks. 

We are boggled with other daily events that sometimes it is distracting us and delaying us from starting the process of adding new rentals into our portfolios.

Not really for buying a cup of coffee as cash does fine for all that daily stuff. 

Then begin making daily decision that align with those values/goals.

Food for thought:  To buy in Cleveland you will need a investor friendly Realtor to help you identify good areas in which to buy and areas to avoid, a renovation crew or general contractor to do the renovation, a property manager to advertise for tenants, screen individuals, and to handle the daily issues that crop up.Buying a fixer at a distance is a challenging endeavor.
