I’m sick of hearing no from everyone and being discouraged to actually get involved in RE any tips?

Any big tips or things to avoid when adding a roommate to a house? 

Since you already passed your test, I would just hang your license with an online broker and do the proper disclosures like the others here suggested. :]

I sent a glowing email to the agent, their manager and DB/senior broker owner.You could also leave a positive review for them online. 

Any tips or advice? 

The only possible gripe you can have that would have some legs would be that they are sending you an owner statement as opposed to providing you with an online portal to possibly view things sooner but to expect them to call you about every minute detail the moment it happens is not a realistic expectation.

Does anyone have a tip on getting names and contact owners for properties (listed or not)?
