Not really a big deal and you'll be seen as more of an expert as an appraiser than a Realtor as your training goes beyond their level of education.

I know you said to treat you as a "newbie" so is it more important for you to be well-trained in how to operate in today's market? 

Which is to become financially free by the end of the year to be able to train anywhere in the world.
