Is it for Act 6/Act 91 notices?

I am a graduate student at University of Texas at Austin in Austin, TX and looked on craigslist for private room rentals.

Go to your local recorders office, pull all the properties that have a notice of trustee sale filed (going to auction soon), find the ones with enough equity in them and door knock.

@Mahan Shahverdi owner financing if you can get it, hard money, or private lenders would be the creative option. 

The IRS has come out with a notice saying those schemes will be highly scrutinized.Again, not sure where you got your info.

Paid off the private money loan, the closing cost and walked a way with about $500.000We could have done it on the 160K, however I did not want to over leverage the property on the first try.

Now of course you will need some monetary backing but you can also look for private money to partner with.  

I have purchased many properties, and nearly all are rented and mortgaged privately, just completed major renovations and have 2 more to complete now.
