I currently have a triplex under contract im trying to find an affordable home owners insurance policy, the current owner does not occupy the building and he pays approximately $1750/year for insurance.

We're under contract with our first Flip (with a money partner) here on the Big Island in Hawaii and hoping all the foreclosure hoops can be resolved soon. 

I signed a release of the contract and now the seller is going to sue and contact my command.

Any provision of this agreement may be reasonably changed by the Owner in like manner, thus THIS RENTAL CONTRACT ESTABLISHES A MONTH TO MONTH TENANCY ONLY!

Originally her contract is only for 4 months.

We are in contract of this apartment building in Kansas City, MO. 6 units, needs a total rehab/rebuild.

After educating the seller (they have some knowledge of OWF but slim), found out they were burned on a land contract with a Condo years ago but said they are interested in being creative with the deal.

Great realtor to back into values2. builders to get idea of vertical sq ft costs3. land planner/ engineer for the city county state permitting process.So I find out the big rocks.. then hone in a property that seems good.put it into contract .. then I hire a consulting engineer land planner to do a feasablity study.. if your an existing bigger client they usually do them for free .. in exchange to get your work.but most likely you will have to pay for it.. 5 to 10k is what you can expect.this will include what needs to be done for regulatory approvals.will include environmental hurdles IE who you have to hire / do yo need a wetlands study etc.basic take off on infrastructure costs..
