This could happen, and in the short term I have vacancy on property that is better than that on multi.

@Keith Patrick one other thing I can recommend is reaching out to syndicators on this site with offers to help them (make coldcalls to property owners, perhaps tour a property, or anything else they need help with...)I, too, am really interested in Multi-family investing/ syndication and I believe offering to help the investors who are doing what I would like to get good at is a great, economical way to get ahead.

What niche do you want to go into; Landlording, wholesaling, note investing, multi family investing, short term rentals?

Also I would recommend joining CrowdStreet or Realty Shares and listen to the Webinars for multi-family sponsors. 

If you go with fannie or freddie multi family product, a lot of the time the lender deposits can run you $10k or more.You can negotiate a lot lower than 10% management on a deal that size. 

My goal is to buy multi family properties looking for a good one to start with. 

I think you’re just not seeing it on bigger pockets because it was more geared towards multi family/single family.
