It's wide plank/modern and its vinyl so it should be water proof.

Solution #1I went onto ancestry.com and attempted to find any rich relatives I didn't know existed that were up there in age.

I like property built between 1978 and say, late 1990s, stucco and tile roof is great if I can get it ... these houses are old enough where they aren't all HOA controlled yet new enough where it is modern construction techniques and low maintenance.

This guy is a bottomless pit of knowledge and has a solution for every purchase.

The existing wiring would not fit the new layout in most cases.2) Most AHJs require you to bring the system up to modern code if you make any significant changes to utilities.

Hi @Howie Baker - one solution is to find deals before they're deals so you are the first and only person the seller is talking to. 

Is there any solution through an individual loan?

Or are there other creative solutions you've used with your investments.For more clarity, my partner and I are commercial brokers.
