Is it going from super duper tiny to massive?

Hi @Alexandre Mota,You already have a massive asset on your hands, I believe this best way to leverage it given your circumstance is getting the cash out tax free whether a refi or HELOC and use the funds to invest in other properties rather than investing it back into the property. 

With a decent nest egg I've decided I'd be doing myself a disservice by not attending when BP has made such an massive impact in my life and I am excited to learn and get to know so many other like minded investors!

An alternative could be to look at land outside of the town, as the price difference could be massive.

You might have figured out that there are some people trying to make money off of people like us,I am currently reading a book by Grant Cordone (a big real estate investor) and he has some good thoughts about taking massive action and planning about things in a way that puts you above what is expected in order to achieve your goals that are set higher than what you can physically achieve,.  

So the quick turns for massive profits are becoming more difficult to find.
