MTR - Philadelphia via Furnished Finder

Anyone rent by the room via furnished finder? I am closing next week on my second property and will be using rent by the room strategy via furnished finder. Property located in Point Breeze between all local hospitals. If any investors had pitfalls, can you explain how you overcame them?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Nicholas, how large is your property? I've heard from Jesse Vasquez (big in medical professional housing) that he doesn't do rent by the room for liability reasons but I've heard many are successful with it. I don't do it because its a management hassle. If you have a larger MTR you may want to pivot to insurance claim stays. Depends on the asset you have.
