My question is.. are appraisals lower in the winter due to the obvious drop in demand because it is the winter?  

Hi all,What do you think about this:If you had a $300k mortgage that you had to port or else you would pay a hefty fee of $17,000, would you be better off paying the fee and getting new mortgages at lower interest in smaller deals on your own, or would it be better to JV with someone who will not put money in on a five year deal but take care of the management role and split revenue?

He doesn't pay lower rent or get any special privileges.

I brought in a credit partner with great credit to help get lower interest rates on loans, etc.

Lower price points and I'm working on building a track record and resume to have potential investors fund me.

However, I do recommend you ask each question to 3 different staff members as you will often get different and even competing answers depending on their level of experience.

Hello BP,I am finishing my basement for personal use (no tenants) and just realized that the sewage outlet (going from the house to the street) is almost 4 feet above the basement floor level.

You may want to look into modular homes- I have not done it personally but the quality seems to be there and the price seems to be lower than a traditional stick build.

When I got my property I had some support from my parents in financing, and we got some really good professional help, but with our current financial issues, that level of professional help is well beyond reach.
