Hi Everyone, So after countless hours of listening to podcasts, surfing these forums learning from you all, and reading tons of articles/books I am super pumped to finally be closing on my first property in about a week (house hacking a 4plex)! 

Hi, I'm very new to the real estate world and have some (very) basic questions about MH investing.I've been listening to a bunch of podcasts, watching tons of videos, reading books and articles, and am fortunate enough to have a friend who is a property management company CEO, but alas there are some more nitty-gritty questions that I have no clue as to what the answers are (there's so much information out there, it can be tough to sift through sometimes...).

VERY frustrated i've never heard of this in all the hours of podcasts on house hacking i've listened to.

Also, I would start listening to the podcasts.

Hello Bigger Pockets World,I am new to the real estate world and I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast, reading their recommended books, watching webinars, and much more.

As Michael Craven said, listen to every episode of the bigger pocket podcast, join a real estate meet up that is reasonable, read 1 real estate book a week from recommendations on bigger pockets podcasts. 

I was a bit surprised listening to our office broker lender this morning saying rates went up a bit last week and are holding steady around 4%.
