If you have that hustle, you will find that you can bridge a lot of relationships with other wholesalers and investors who don't have the hustle to grind out all the appointments.

@Jim Peckey just wanted to add that I have them fill out an emailed application that they can turn in at appointment that has a verification of employment form for them to sign (I modified one I found online), and also their signature for permission for me to contact landlords for history.

how do you close on the deal after contacting owner and they accept.. is it just set up title company appointment to sign documents and wire transfer funds?
