I am a 44 year old insurance broker living outside of Detroit. I have been an insurance broker since 1997. I am a field broker meaning I pick an area, purchase leads, call for appointments and sell. I see everything from vacant homes, trailers, talk to seniors daily about them moving etc. In years past I purchased a vacant home whose owner I tracked down and flipped it. I also purchased a HUD and leased with option. I would like to learn more about and start investing in Multi family residential or trailer parks. I would like to find a reputable company to bird dog properties in exchange for a few dollars and some insight into how to get started on my own.I live in Dearborn Michigan and work anywhere from the inner city to rural Michigan. I actually have a 900 sq ft home on a double lot vacant for 7 years that has never been listed. I have business owners as clients who are always buying and selling asking if I know anyone interested. I love being an independent insurance broker but want to earn extra and learn. I have an appointment setter but spent years making phone calls and training salespeople.
