Engelo asked me to fill out a questionnaire about my personal REI experience and informed me that he only deals with investors that can buy free and clear.

On the page of a property, there is a tab called addendums, click that and look for the listing broker's information, then go to their website and you will usually find THEIR listing for the property and it will usually have a lot more pictures.

Public companies are required to report their annual financial status, where as private companies are not required to disclose any financial information.
