Hello everyone, im a newbie investor in Chicago that is starting to wholesale I understand most of the wholesaling process and just have one question to ask.

As a landlord here in Miami the problem is not so much the Section 8 process or any other housing authority. 

And fun fact, most states exempt groceries from sales tax, (again, actual groceries that are whole food, and not processed).

Generally speaking, my primary interest is in BRRRR or fix and flip, and I verrry much want to be in the trenches on reno and commit my time to the process fully.
