This custom home is four (4) bedroom, two and a half (2.5) bathrooms, with a two-story entryway.

the place needs flooring, updated kitchen current rating is like 6 out of 10, bathroom same thing. bedrooms are huge. i have around 65k to maybe 75k of total cash for everything. is 20k to 35k enough for rehabbing enough?

Purchased the home for $255k and comps show $350-$415 depending on condition of home and if a second bathroom is added.

I did a bathroom 2 years ago, I asked for $0 down as it was a local cop and was doing it along with my plumber who was friends with him.

As for the interior, needs flooring, sheetrock almost all around the house, bathroom and kitchen need to be redone along with other details.
