I think it's fair for you to request a multi year identity theft protection policy (think Life Lock) be put in effect for you and anyone else that had their SSN shared.

Do comm RE so we have our own buzz words, but I think any time you tell people a feature, you need to give them the benefit.Like in electronics, saying I've got a 4.3GHz Xeon processor doesn't grab as many as saying "you'll get your work done 5 times faster".Took me a long time to get "territorial" views.

The identical duplexes were built in 1998 and have the original super cheap, laminated cabinetry and mostly old, worn out white appliances (one has 3 burners out!).

@Edward Brewington You can't pick out just 1 fee feature from a PM company and say "XYZ dosn't charge this", as there is different pricing models that have different means of accounting for these items.
