My plans are to start my real estate investing career over there, where I will buy my first multi-family, buy and hold properties etc. 

Most millennials are ditching the suburbs for the city lifestyle, so it would certainly be more lucrative to have a buy and hold there.

I'm leaning more towards buying and hominid route vs flipping however I am curious if flipping would be a good way to build up capital for my first property to buy and hold again any and all advice is greatly appreciated Thank you in advance

Should I take negative cash flow,  or hold out? 

I don't think most hard money lenders will want a piece of this since the owners will still hold a lien.

Is it worth is to hold on to is you're only making 8% without calculating in management?

You have to consider what you can do to increase NOI because otherwise you're probably paying a high(er) cap rate.Depending on your other holdings and investments, try to ask how it fits into your portfolio, is it a hedge?
