I do not think it's productive to reward a city that lived beyond its means for decades by helping them pay off their credit cards. 

At the first REIA meeting I went to I taped 10% off lowes coupons to my business cards (back in the day you could get them from the post office but they have kinda killed that loophole), today at a REIA someone had stapled business cards to a pair of new gloves, The goal is to make your message memorable… Here is a photo from a promotion I did last year… I went around to several bank locations and pulled $3,000 in one dollar bills… This photo was taken just over the halfway point.

The note can be collected on as an unsecured debt, like a credit card.  

They have a drivers license through the Mexican consulate, and permanent resident status (green card).

Well I am not this bad at my profession where I work, somehow I am not able to handle my property manager to communicate and do what is needed.Conclusions and QuestionsI hate loans, I don’t owe any consumer debt and I pay off my credit cards in full and actively participate in their cash back programs. 

Can't figure out how to access the score card that is sometimes at the top of the page it lets you know how well your doing there is usually 5 or 6 folks that are graded for how they are doing with their posts ecetra..

Has a $80,000 HELOC on the property but otherwise no debt at all...not even credit card, FICO probably in the 700's.
