Hey all - wanted to post here asking if there's any recourse I can take against my property manager who took all my money and ran, and also provide a public service announcement to help anyone who may consider using him in the future.First some back story. 

As a landlord, I recently received a Request for Proposal ("RFP") from a non-profit that is seeking office space. 

I wouldn't just rely on Loop Net and/or other public resources.

If using a lender this is a non issue.

There is a small personal junk yard going on next to a non working vehicle and leaving food around for the purpose to feed wild animals outside their window. 

Issue the non renew asap telling, not asking, them to leave.   

An additional route is to take your earnings from non-Dad deals to use with Dad deals.

I've used them for non-conforming condos that were still pre-rehbab and they are pretty flexible with what they can lend on.

If by the 401k plan, then the 401k plan can get a non-recourse loan.
