The really large fortunes in real estate occur when mortgages are payed off. 

Some CPAs file taxes, some cater to ultra HNW tax strategy, some audit fortune 500, some perform government audits etc.

Not too long ago I was fortunate enough to come across the BiggerPockets Podcast sent to me by a friend.

My issue is that I dont feel I am ready to commit to buying a home in this area & I am very fortunate to be living in a house with friends for a great price.
