Unit A is about 100 years old and Unit B is almost completely new.Pros:-The duplex is in a very desirable neighborhood with home value appreciation year over year at about 50+%-Rent is also in high demand within this area-Cash flows well even with high interest rates and increasing property taxes-Home is price below average cost per sq ft-The house has been renovated and some parts of it has been remodeledCons:-All issues are with Unit A, the 100 year old unit.

I spoke with real estate and property management professionals about it and they recommended not providing it due to maintenance issues.

Hey all,I'm looking to connect with likeminded individuals who are doing fix and flips, STR, and LTR.

I’m Cheyenne, my husband and I are just starting out on this real estate journey in the Detroit area and the plan is to begin with single family fix and flip (or use the BRRRR method starting with single family homes).

I’m looking for small multi, sfh, and a flip or two to raise capital.

Additionally, I would not get into any fix and flip when the numbers show if all goes as planned I will only clear about 25,000. 

I have a lot of home renovation experience and along with 2 of my buddies, we have decided to team up and start flipping houses.

A few issues every now and then but works fine 99.9% of the time.

I prefer they mail a check and they do 90% of the time but if they really push the issue I use the previously mentioned methods. 

Im mainly here to build relationships and to partner on STR, LTR, and possibly do some flips - if you have other business ventures Im interested in that as well!
