The trick is to find one that fits your needs and offers great communication.

NACA looked great because of it's no money down, but as an investment it didn't really fit my goals.I am looking for a low down payment loan because I don't have much saved right now.

Hi @Kyle Ransom  Every property, business model, region and owner is different so there is not really a 'number' one can give you unfortunately other than what fit into their particular situation.

I'm checking with the city on zoning right now, but I'm trying to figure out what questions to ask to see if this is a good fit.

Many people see a property deal and buy it, without taking the time to see if it fits what they are trying to accomplish.
