The housing system can work without any Federal guarentees -- implicit or explicit.I would favor that over the current system of execs and shareholders getting the upside and the taxpayers getting the downside.

Just have to make sure I’m going to team up with a reputable agent with traceable success on his/her own for the upcoming property, let along an attorney to overlook the transaction; previous 2 Century 21 agents were young, inexperienced and lazy for my other house bought back in this January; one of those 2 Century 21 even got so many awards displayed by the fancy receptionist front.

The seconds are usually ALOT more negociable and maybe just still the payments at the end of the loan.If that does not work, you need to play with their equity some say to save their house.If they have good income, maybe something with some unsecured note...Credit card, 401k, ...something....but if they are negative cashflowing w/o a plan to get more income or reduce expences somehow, you are not doing them any favors...
