How to Build an Out of State Team

Can some of the out of state investors recommend steps to take to build an out of state investing team:

Realtors
Appraisers
Inspectors
Escrow Officers
Attorneys
Property Managment
Contractors

I am in the Los Angeles area, and even though the numbers are getting closer to making more sense for rental properties, I will still probably have to go a little east, and even into some neighboring states to get good rental deals.

Thanks,
~Matt
