(cough cough NSA) Honestly, you're safer with the random and unpredictable nature of having your traffic pass directly between yourself and your destination, and https:// is already really strong as-is. 

It also will get the seller to ask what it means for them and you can honestly tell them that the terms of your contract wont change.

I would be honest with your tenants and let them know that it’s probably best for everyone to just terminate the lease.

When I was buying the house (FSBO) she would answer texts and emails, but once I bought it, all of a sudden she has to go out of country to her sisters funeral ( I honestly doubt there even was a sister or sister's death), then she has no email access while she is out of country, then when she comes back her email and phone do not work correctly.
