The Hospital was asking for a CoronaVirus Test earlier, but the CDC in the US has only done 500 test to date, takes 1-3 days to process (since it has to be flown back to CDC Atlanta) and would not do one initially since the patient did not meet the guidelines as prime infectee.

If they don't want to, when do they plan on selling-why they choose to sell without an agent (if FSBO lead)-why they think their home didn't sell (expired lead)-* anything else that would help you understand the lead's situation.Once you've gathered this information, you'll know more about that lead than most agents/investors that are calling them.

Sounds like this date is the middle of December 2019, so they would be minimal.But for him to say he doesn't need the statements at all tells me he is not aware that the expenses can be capitalized and depreciated.
