I'm just starting to climb the education curve on notes, but am really excited about it.

I get excited about something that gets me 10% ROI with no financing and 20-40% ROI leveraged.

It's been couple of days now and still no contact.I am excited to find out more about this property.. what can I do now to get some answers?

And I'm not overly excited about this realtor (they've not been as helpful as I thought they would be for a first time homebuyer), so maybe the number I was told was slightly exaggerated.

I can see why you say that because I'm very excited while looking at properties but the money is made during purchase.
