Unresponsive agent.. what can I do?
My first post!!!
So I am working on my second deal and came across a property that piqued my interest. I called the listing agent and got her voicemail and left a message. Four hours passed so I gave her a text. It's been couple of days now and still no contact.
I am excited to find out more about this property.. what can I do now to get some answers? This is an out of state property so I can't just drive over to take a look or pop into the realty office.
Should I try to find the owner's contact info and give that a shot?
Thanks for the advice in advance!
