@Erik Lee, as mentioned, no money down simply means you need to create another form of value.Investors are one way, but since you mentioned "start flipping houses" I assume you have no experience, so finding investors could be very challenging.Realistically, I would say, look for work in the construction field. 

Do you enjoy your career?

I am leaning more towards that area since it's about the middle between the two air fields and could more easily accommodate renters who may need to go to either one for work. 

My dilemma is that I am beginning my journey in the field of RE with little to no money.
