While you're not entitled to a new house, you can ask for repairs that are customary - and especially those that will prohibit the engagement of insurance (4 point items).

There are many EXP agents engaging in property management but they do so under another property management entity.  

That would have been helpful and, perhaps, would have lead to an engagement when we need to bring an attorney to negotiate an agreement or a broker to sell the leased land, but it looks as though you are right - people are busy . . .
