In general I'd find this to be less than encouraging and I'd push for a few things:- Feedback from every single person who see's it.- Increased exposure -- be on Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, Cozy (Realtor.com) etc)- Promotional special to fill my vacancy if it seems good to you (First Month @ 50% if lease signed by July 14 or some such promotion).Best of luck, here, Jay!
