Never in my wildest dreams did we think the seller would agree to fix the laundry list of repair items we sent over, but they were amenable to do everything and wanted to close.

Though an issue, (well, more a caveat); I have always dreamed of going the pre-med route...

We fixed the house up and licensed it as an RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly) but are having a really hard time finding residents, which is why we have considered to let go of that dream and rent out the house with the intent of starting our rental portfolio.
