You might want to use more typical figures.One last thought, are prepayments allowed and if so is there a penalty (I assume yes prepayments allowed, and no, no penalty - but never hurts to double check).

I imagine not every company is experienced with the double escrow/assignment transaction.

Other than that you could double check rent rates and play around with different numbers to see what happens.

Recently I have been requesting a double security deposit from these type of tenants but most do not follow-up.I would like to know how other landlords check on applicants who are recent homeowners with no rental history .
