That cost is decent for labor if you consider the normal replacement window is in the $120 - $160 range that puts you at $300 a window installed. 

It depends on which private lending company you go with.

Most bank robbers get away with it the 1st time, yet no one comes on bigger pockets & ask’s if it’s a good strategy, even thought it’s quite profitable and you have decent odds of getting away with it, it’s still illegal, immoral and if you do get caught you’d go to jail.

They would just look to make sure you have assets for the 20+% down payment and closing costs as well as a decent credit score.

Investor friendly title companies can also help you, and sometimes they provide contracts they have used. 

We are exploring using these services for our wholesaling company but first would like some honest feed back from others before sifting through and comparing our options 

We also know a decent amount on figuring out cost and of course trying to learn more any chance we get.
