Do you all have any recommendations for getting pictures of vacant properties that are out-of-state, and the property owner also lives out-of-state?

Once you figure out what it is your looking to gain out of it you need to look at the big picture and work your way back from there.

FL has EO21-81, which states the following: "Businesses in Florida are prohibited from requiring patrons or customers to provide any documentation certifying COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery to gain access to, entry upon, or service from the business".

You can still help friends and family with real estate but unless you really want to do customer service...that's all real estate is, customer service in big houses and fancy cars...lol...I love what I do!!!!
