This is my first post/question so I hope you all on BP can give me some help with your opinions!

A contrarian is someone who rejects or goes against popular opinion.

And after the two years I would likely sell the initial house and use all of the profits (tax free) to buy another house to live-in-flip and possibly house hack that one as well.I know I still have a lot of details and stuff I need to figure out but I just wanna hear any opinions on this plan.

I wanted opinions from experienced investors on where they would start if they had $500k cash.  

When we had our first eviction I was glad the tenant wouldn’t be able to easily look up the property owner and see all our info right there, but rather an LLC and it’s PO Box, that’s worth $50 in my opinion.

My quick opinion is that it is a great niche, but just like every other niche it is a fair amount of work and risk. 

I'd take this to a local lawyer and get their opinion.

I would love a second opinion on if this initially seems like a good deal or not based off the report and then my second question is if there are any creative ways I could finance this.

My opinion is that targeting the less nice neighborhoods in this market is the best way to get some nice cash flow.
