Liberty Mutual, they were one of the few name brand companies that will cover more than 4 rental properties. 

about the attorneys, why not just do a larger deal that reflects the 5 houses you want that year than an individual deal.

We are leaning more towards Houston than Dallas, but still interested in learning any insights around the difference and opinions in those two cities in TX.  

Would you suggest it be better to use an attorney in closer geographic location to New Braunfels than Houston where David J.

Sucks how insurance works, but usually better for worst case scenarios. 

You'll have Craigslist, Biggerpockets, referrals, you can call title companies, and even other wholesalers if you have no luck finding a buyer. 50% of a deal by co-wholesaling or joint venturing is better than 0% of no deal.

This guy anyway touted being a multi millionaire, getting 24 doors in a couple years etc etc.

What are the differences in tax rates if I hold the property for less than one year versus more than one year?
