For instance, today I am meeting the contractor at one of my rentals, I am redoing the kitchen, and we are picking out granite colors for the counters (Granite goes in all rentals that rent for more than $2,000 a month).

I had to re-rebuild a shed as it was not the exact material they require, and also found out I couldn't replace wood trim on the house with vinyl as that book requires wood trim painted a specific color until all owners on one street agree to all replace with vinyl at the same time.
