But, the info for Denver seems consistent with what I've read in the paper.Also, try going to your local newspaper and searching for articles on rental, apartments, vacancy rates or similar terms.For single family houses, watch the classifieds for a while.

They never reported a problem with the drain, and now you have a sink base cabinet delaminating, mold, and more repair bills.Yes, some of this you can bill the tenant for, and maybe even collect it, eventually.
